As an Employer, it is important that your workforce have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their day-to-day work activities. However, it is sometimes difficult to provide in-house training to your staff when your work schedule is busy and you don’t have time.

At Absolute Training Solutions, all our training programmes are carried out on-site and are designed to fit around your busy work schedules. We work with the employer to ensure that the training programmes suit the needs of the business and don’t have a negative impact on production.

All site visits by our industry competent Assessors will be arranged and agreed in advance and all training plans will be discussed at every visit. The majority of the training courses we offer are free (subject to eligibility) and are fully funded by the government.
